Got the Flu bug or something

Not sure where I got this but I started feeling not so good in the middle of my work day, ended up falling asleep in my car with the chills and everything. Went home took some Dayquill and my sis brought me some wonton soup...Fell asleep in the middle of ER and woke up later feeling much better. Weird...
